Module 1: Understanding Inferiority

Learn the foundations of Adlerian psychology and how inferiority sits underneath anxiety, comparison, and self-doubt. You'll map your own timeline of "not good enough" moments and start noticing patterns without judgment.

Module 2: Your Unique Pattern

Discover your lifestyle pattern (people-pleasing, control, avoidance, or moral superiority) and connect it to the core beliefs driving your behavior. You'll explore the mistaken beliefs keeping you stuck and uncover your early conclusions about yourself, others, and the world.

Module 3: Triggers & The Inferiority Loop

Learn how the Inferiority Loop works and identify what triggers yours. You'll recognise how your protective strategies create disconnection - and start using tools to interrupt the cycle before it spirals.

Module 4: Strengthening Your Sense of Self

Build internal security by clarifying your values, identifying your strengths, and practicing self-encouragement. You'll create your personalised toolkit for staying grounded when triggered - without needing external validation.

Module 5: Social Interest & Healthy Connection

Shift from self-protection to genuine contribution. Learn Separation of Tasks to stop taking things personally, set boundaries without guilt, and move from "What do they think of me?" to "How can I contribute?"

Module 6: Integration & Moving Forward

Review your growth, compare your pre- and post-course questionnaires, and create your action plan for maintaining these shifts long-term. You'll leave with confidence that you can handle setbacks without falling back into old patterns.

Hi, I'm Judy  - the Psychotherapist behind the 'Overcoming Inferiority' course. 

Fifteen years ago, I was trapped in cycles of proving my worth - striving, performing, never feeling good enough. It led to burnout and recurring depression. 

Adlerian therapy changed everything. It helped me understand why I felt inferior, where those beliefs came from, and how to rewrite them. For the first time, I felt equal and significant. 

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 12 years  working in charity leadership, working with communities experiencing social disadvantage. This work showed me how deeply inferiority and belonging shape our lives.

Now, I work as a BACP registered Adlerian therapist along side teaching and content creation.  I'm passionate about helping people overcome inferiority - not just for their own wellbeing, but for the ripple effect it creates in relationships, families, and communities.

I created this course to bring together everything I've learned  through my clinical work, Adlerian training, and my own lived experience - into a clear, compassionate framework. One that doesn't just explain why you feel inferior, but shows you how to shift it at the root.
