You don't have to figure this out alone. I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can say the things you've never quite been able to say out loud  - and together we can make sense of what's really going on beneath the surface, and begin to change it.

How I Work

 

​I am a MBACP accredited therapist with a diploma in Adlerian psychotherapy.

My approach is rooted in Adlerian psychology - a framework that says that at the heart of most mental health challenges is a sense of inferiority. A belief that you're not good enough. A lack of courage. A feeling of not truly belonging.

These feelings shape so much of how we think, feel, and behave. They drive the patterns we can't seem to break - the anxiety, the people-pleasing, the self-criticism, the relationships that keep going wrong.

Rather than just managing your symptoms, we go to the root of why you struggle in the way you do. We uncover the core beliefs you've been carrying, often since childhood - and look at how they're showing up in your life now.

But this isn't just insight for its own sake. It's insight plus action plus change - so that what you discover in the therapy room actually changes how you live outside of it.

This isn't about fixing you. There is nothing wrong with you. It's about understanding yourself, often for the first time, and discovering what becomes possible when you do.

There are two different ways you can work with me

Regular Therapy

For those who want sustained, in-depth support over time.

​​

  • 50-minute sessions, weekly (sometimes fortnightly)

  • Online via Zoom or face to face in my garden office in Oxford

  • I hold a small number of concessionary spaces for those on low income or unemployed

  • My client days are Tuesday - Thursday and sessions are mainly daytime. 

  • I offer a free 20 minute consultation

£100 per 50 minute session.​​​​​​​

Insight Session

​​​

​​For those who want focused, personalised support without committing to ongoing therapy.

 An Insight Session is a focused 90 minutes of therapy, coaching and psycho-education - tailored entirely to you.

 

Whether you're feeling stuck, working through a specific issue, or wanting to understand yourself through an Adlerian lens, we'll go deep and come away with clarity and a way forward.

 

You'll come away with:

  • Deeper insight into your thoughts, patterns and behaviours

  • Practical strategies to help you make meaningful change

  • Access to a bank of tools and resources

£225 per 90 minute session.
